Little Giraffe (PB)

Star-spotted Little Giraffe could barely reach the leaves on the lowest branches. She was the shortest one among her family and friends and she was not happy about it all. Since she wanted to grow taller immediately, she decided to measure her height every day. Meanwhile, the forest had a few surprises in store for her. Little Giraffe’s heartwarming story is for all the children who just can’t wait to grow up

About the author: Yasemin Temizarabaci Yildirmaz studied environmental engineering and did a master’s in women studies. She wrote her first novel in 2005. Yasmin has worked wwith film festivals for several years and currently volunteers at the International Children’s Rights Film Festival. She lives in Istanbul with her family and a fabulous cat.
