Impact of International Environmental Regulation on Global Trade

International Environmental Regulations (IERs) have emerged as one of the most controversial and complex issues in any trade negotiations; rather these have not been incorporated fully in bilateral or regional PTAs, restricting their inclusiveness. The volume presents new insights in to the economics of International environmental regulations, critically evaluating the empirical aspects of the impact pf environmental regulations on Global trade flows on which existing literature is scarce and heterogeneous.
