ICT APPLICATION IN ACADEMIC LIBRARY MANAGEMENT

ICT Application in Academic Library Management focuses on how ICT can be deployed in the effective management of Libraries and Information Centres. Developments of ICT can be seen in all walks of life and in every field of activity. Library and Information Centres are no exception to these revolutionary changes. The potential opportunities of ICT should be explored and utilized in the management of libraries-especially in academic libraries-to better cater to the information needs of the academic community they serve.
