About the Book: Human Rights are generally defined as the rights which every human being is supposed to have and they are to be protected by the State. About the Author: Joseph Benjamin has done considerable research on the problems of weaker sections of Indian Society. He has published a number of high quality articles in papers and prestigious national journals. He did his M. A. in Political Science from JNU, New Delhi in 1983 and Ph.D. from Rajasthan University in 1987.
