About the Editor Dr. Shalini Singh, presently working as a lecturer in the department of Psychology, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak is a dynamic, enterprising, promising and versatile personality. She has been actively associated with teaching and research since last thirteen years. She is also an associate faculty of the Institute of Development Studies of Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. Her main area of research is organisational behaviour and personality adjustment. She has been the recipient of young scientist award in IXth NAOP conference in 1998 and Prof. N.S. Chauhan (Agra) Behavioural scientist award in 2003.
