Flora of Rajaji National Park: Uttaranchal

Rajaji National Park is among one of such important protected areas in sub Himalayan tracts of Uttaranchal, due to its very rich biological wealth. The exhaustive systematic inventorisation of the biological wealth of the park is of immense value. The present book provides an account of 812 species of Angiosperms which indicates the rich biodiversity of the park. The book also provides about the details of species diversity, ecosystem diversity and faunal diversity. The faunal wealth covers mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians etc. Further, the plant resources, use of protected areas, plant animal interaction and conservation of biodiversity has been discussed in the present book.
