He has contributed 32 research papers (Hindi/English) in reputed National Journals. Dr. Tomar is member of Academic Council Faculty of Arts/Faculty of Commerce, Convenor, Board of Studies and Research Degree Committee of Agra University. He is also associated with Indian Economic Association as Executive member U.P., Co-ordinator of West UP, Uttar Pradesh and Utrakhand Economic Association, Joint Secretary Bharatiya Arthik Shodh Sansthan Allahabad, Secretary Dr. B.R.A.
