Disability Right and Law In India

This work is an attempt to analyse the contribution of Indian judiciary (Supreme Court and High Courts) and two Quasi Judicial bodies namely the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities (CCPD) and National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) in the development of Equality Rights Jurisprudence for Persons with Disabilities.
