Corruption and Black Money

The corrupt situations involve individuals and groups in singular and or plural, by and large it is a two way system based on 'give and take' principle assuring mutual interest devoid of any social considerations. In a wider sense "corruption" refers to not only all sorts of "improper or selfish exercise of power and influence attached to a public office or the special position one occupies in public life" but also include bribers' dealings. The nature of corruption is best understood by the motivational background of its practitioner.
