Conflict Management in Libraries

A good number of studies of conflict management have been conducted on India's industrial employees, managers, engineers, and executives. But, until now, no in-depth study of conflict management has been available for library professionals in India. This book examines the genesis of conflict and various methods applied by India's library professionals to manage conflict in libraries. Conflict management in libraries is interdisciplinary in nature, drawing from the discipline of sociology, psychology, management, organizational behavior, and library and information science.
