A Compendium of Research In Home Management - Hardcover

A need was felt since long by the researchers in Home Management/Family Resource Management regarding the availability of information about researches carried out in the field. The Home Management department, Faculty of Home Science, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, is one of the prime institutions where a number of researches have been conducted. The present book is a compendium of abstracts of researches conducted at Masters and Doctoral levels during the period of 1964 to 2006. The areas considered for the abstract are the concepts of management, money management, time and energy management, work at home, the perception regarding home management, housing and furnishing, consumer studies, environment, people with special needs, gender-based studies, energy management and gainful employment of women. Although an attempt is made to make the list exhaustive in these selected areas, any omission is non-intentional.
